The drill pipes are heavy as they can weigh up to several hundred kilos. Handling the pipes without specific equipment can be hazardous. Even more, if this task has to be performed outside workshops.
The pipe winch is intended for loading and unloading drill pipes to and from the cassette in the easiest and safer way.
The pipe winch is operated with a radio remote control, which is an additional option.
